Damage During Transport: In the event of damage during transport (including theft, loss, destruction, or damage of products), the recipient must clearly note their name in capital letters and notify the carrier in writing via registered mail within three (3) days of delivery (excluding public holidays), as per local Commercial Codes. Additionally, E-BRANDIT must be informed in writing within eight (8) days of the delivery.

General Provisions: Any claims should be directed to your Sales contact at E-BRANDIT in writing, with a receipt confirmation or another equivalent method. Claims must be submitted within two business days (48 hours) after the product’s delivery date. Claims will not be accepted if these requirements and deadlines are not met. Claims can only be made for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging.

Health and Safety Restrictions: For health and safety reasons, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) items, such as disinfectant sprays, masks, sanitizers, and sanitizing wipes, cannot be returned.

Delivery Deadlines: Delivery dates are provided as guidelines only. Even if these dates are linked to specific events like seminars, product launches, etc., exceeding the delivery deadline does not entitle the customer to compensation, rejection of the product, or an extension of payment terms. Cancellations may only be requested in exceptional cases where the delivery is significantly delayed or does not meet industry standards.

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before production begins, and may incur charges for any services or work already completed up to that point. Please carefully review your order to ensure the promotional product meets and exceeds your expectations.
